Galileo: Medical Care

What did you guys do to the text interface?! It is nearly impossible to go back and edit what you've already typed because after about five seconds, the cursor likes to go back down to the very bottom. You also can't type using dictation. Both of these make interacting with your care providers very frustrating at times.

Downgraded one star due to response time. Two years ago it would be almost instant to a few hours. Now it's a few days, similar to regular med office. Also, I think there's a bug in the app. New documents like referrals or lab orders not showing up in profile. The rep in chat box says they were uploaded, however, only original from a couple years ago are showing, there's some obvious disconnect between them and the app.

DO NOT USE. SCAM. They do not allow you to cancel your membership. I have been charged for two additional months now at higher rates since cancelling this service. They do not respond to customer support emails. Avoid at all costs. Edit: It is not only the billing. Logging in I get spammed with 15 back to back 2fa text messages, the cancel membership button presents an error message, I could go on. App is a beta at best.

I've been on the app for about 4 months now, and it has been really great. Some complaints are from people who don't understand how this app works... Yes, you have access to sending messages 24/7, but you should not expect that it will be rapid fast responses as if you are in an office. It isn't for emergencies. Really nice and knowledgeable practitioners; good communication; and easy to use at a great price point. Hope it stays amazing!

I'm currently waiting on a response now. I'm new to this app and this type of care in general. I rated the app 5 stars anyways for a few reasons. I checked most of the companies out and my deciding factors were price, ability to speak my needs freely (not forced to pick from a list of issues) and available payment options (some of the others wouldn't take my unemployment debit card). Hopefully this saves the next person some time and effort!

Wonderful care from a great team of caring professionals. I had only had the app after learning about it for one week from Delta, and I'm truly grateful for Galileo! The medical care that I received was nothing less than SUPERB! the caring, efficient, helpful, kind, and level of expertise the doctors and nurses provided for me with my painful, swollen baby toe. I'm grateful to Ash, RN, for responding very quickly, and Dr. Haupricht-very caring,kind,and thorough! I love the Galileo App!

I really want to give 4 stars but here's my dilemma. Is a half-day wait between messages the new norm? It's concerning that addressing a simple issue can drag on for days due to delayed responses. What's worse is when I ask this question, during a case, I am completely ignored. Nice concept, bad service.

I can't get past the part where it tells me to enter the state I live in. I contacted support days ago and still no response. There's no way to set uo the account on the website and all the links on the website redirect you to the apple store (including the button to go to the Google play store)

Horrible experience, no communication or medical service at all for urgent problem.Had to seek help elsewhere. There is no actual 24/7 support. Do not waste your time with this app. You will not receive help even after uploading your personal information. Would give zero stars if possible.

Easy to use... Plus the doctor there was very thorough. I was able to address everything and they were very understanding and helpful. highly recommend!
