People needs this app, it's very convenient, sometimes people needs a rest due to health condition. Pls support online consultation to make life easy for every one, I love this app

It is a user-friendly app. The whole process of teleconsultation was very simple and convenient. For those who are not able going to clinic, this app gives us convenience to consult doctor immediately and save travel times. Doctor Tiffany's attitude is nice and friendly.

Excellent speed and service. My whole consultation process from start to finish was under 3 minutes.

It's convenient when the physical clinics are all packed and waiting hour could be more than 1 hr.

It's great that can meet and consult doctors and talk to those who understand our conditions well but the bad part is need to wait for too long for a doctor to accept the consultation request, I mostly will wait at least for 3-5 hours, never met any doctors within an hour after requested! Other than that all are fine... Hope can understand this and help the users with faster consultations, Thank you!

Fuss free app if you need a day off from work. Receiving medicine only take hours , better than consulting physical practitioner.

Very good and very fast service. Doctors are very good and kind.

First time, the doctor is professional and listens. The 2nd time the doctor was rushing, ended video before u can ask more .. Seriously, will not use this app again. Lousy!
