Doesn't Work! Since the new update, you can't schedule any rides! The pull up menu for reason comes up, you select the reason, and then, you can't do anything. It discards your selection, but a reason is required in order to schedule a ride. This app doesn't function at all!
So glad we have the ability to share experiences with Modivcares App. If I could have rated it a month ago, it'd been impossible to. They dont have a half a star option. It was really really bad at first. That's to be expected with new apps, but people have significant health problems. Maybe you had to develop important aspects of it post publishing it. I missed 2 essential appointments because of the all, but that's all changed for the better!! Now this app is great! Drivers too!! 💯
An annoying,frustrating, spiteful aggravating app!! After 5 times, they still have done nothing! I'm put on hold w/ loud music! The other options are a robot that can't understand anything or an uncaring worker who claims that I'm not in the system but I'm registered in the app! Yet, though the app is connected to my email, it will not allow me to add my information or log in successfully! I'm ready to just take chances & cancel my appointments! These people are a seizure migraine combination!☹️
This app needs to be updated. The service needs to be updated. It all needs an update! What is the point of having an app that isn't built to its full potential? Setting up a ride is fine, but it's the return trip that's the issue. When I go into the app to initiate the ride, it forces me to call a number. Said number then proceeds to go into a long, drawn-out phone tree that is unnecessary. Fix it!
I love being able to make transportation requests and set up rides to all of those different types of appointments with just a few clicks in an app. I'm so glad that my insurance plan uses it. I have always had to go through the whole process of finding the number and calling it and talking to a representative so I am completely loving being able to do it without having to talk to a person. I have mental health diagnosises that bother me when I deal with people so it's a godsend. 10 stars!!!
Full of glitches. Mileage reimbursement will sometimes prompt a car being sent for pickup, meaning you have to call and have trip corrected. Can no longer simply select round trip, must schedule returning home as a separate trip. Out of 4 separate trips scheduled in past 2 weeks, only 1 did not have some issue. Inventing ways to avoid paying or incompetence, I don't know.
Took me a long time! Probably just me? Maybe I'll get better, hopefully, but it didn't happen today for 2 hours. It was different, every attempt. I lost most addresses I'd saved to 'favorites'. I have severe ortho post ops, follow-ups and rehab so NEED those addresses to ALL be simple as I answer them for the driver. It also asked me to download its app at least three times when I did the first time already. I noticed formats were different, yet password was always the same.
Great & easy to use, as far as the app itself and the reliability, but if you need to speak to someone about a ride...(bc I use this service nearly daily, and yes... It is why you think. If ya know, ya know lol)... You're better served calling your medical insurance provider and letting them take care of it. Otherwise you'll be frustrated at all the hoops you gotta jump thru just to reach a live human. But, that said, I love the convenience of all app features and reliability.
I have had issues with this app, changing passwords, having to call customer service to figure out how to reset password! It changed how you set up password this year! I rest my password using the way I was directed, it worked! Now, I updated, tho I updated it January 10th!! Why so many updates! You confuse us! I am a senior citizen and it frustrates me! I hope this time I don't have a problem!
have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use the app because it keeps wanting me to sign on agai, but gives error message. I can't schedule the trips, Cigna wants 48 hours notice and there's the stupid phone system that takes extremely long to get through when the app isn't letting me login. had to miss or reschedule 3 appointments in 1 week because app is not letting me sign on and then it's too late for the 48 hour window. frustrated isn't a good look for any human.
