People generally do not like the Publix Pharmacy app due to frequent issues with logging in, receiving error messages, slow performance, crashes, and loss of prescription information, although a few users have expressed satisfaction with its functionality and design improvements when it works.
There was an issue with the app. I gave the app a low rating. The developer responded to my low rating. But the app still does not work. I had to request a code be texted to me I got the code and the code is denied. It tells me there is an error. None of my meds show up. The app recognized my med and me when i scanned it, sent the text, but gives me an error code when i enter the code.

I'm still trying to adjust to the horizontal scrolling of my meds. The updated version is definitely easier to read with the larger print and the separation of each med in it's own box. From this box I can review, refill, renew, or just find important info on a medication. In my opinion, the overall look is very professional and people friendly. Although, I still have trouble locating some of my meds.
Love the app. I would like to suggest some addditions / changes. Allow pickup method to be changed if needed (of course this will temporarily effect pickup availability time). On the delivery option, automate the process of scheduling, coordination and communication with the delivery service (Instacart, etc) in the Publix app, instead of requiring the customer to have to potentially download and manually change apps to complete the process. Add option to remove unneeded or no longer used drugs.
None of the notifications seems to work. I have them all enabled, and I never get the app notifications. I do get text message notifications. In the Android notification settings I can tap on "Show unused categories" and then it shows PUBLIX_RX_NOTIFICATION_CHANNEL and a numbered category, but everything is enabled.

Thank you for the update. Please go to your device settings, navigate to Apps & Notifications > Notifications, then select the Publix Pharmacy mobile app and ensure the toggle for notifications is turned on. Please respond back if this has corrected the issue. -Gabby
App was working on my phone and my husband's phone but now upon opening app we both get a blank white screen. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still same screen. We are both android users if this helps to give us a fix. As of Dec. 4th still can not use the app, white screen only appears! Problem has been resolved, app is working again! Thank you for your response

Glorified notification app. Something changed in last 2 months. One of my prescriptions doesn't show in this app. It doesn't show my Dr sent it to publix. It doesn't show in progress. It doesn't show when filled. Nothing. I am having to call publix multiple times for the last 2 months to check all of those stages. Did you get? Is it in stock? Is it ready? Get different answers each time. ☆There's no option to message the pharmacy.☆ Just sign up for text notifications, it's less frustrating.

Spoke with a representative from Publix. I was walked through actions to evaluate and upgrade my device that would allow for easier and more precise information (ie: No need to reset password EVERY time). This made an immediate change!!! The site continues to work and strive for a 5 star. But, 5 stars would show a perfect experience with no room for improvement. They are improving daily to reach a 5 and will keep you updated. (Initial impression: 2 stars) Current level: 4)

I give it a one start now. Was atleast a 4 star. Don't know what happened but all I get now on the app is a white screen. I've deleted an reinstalled app several times and same thing. I have a samsung phone. Wife has apple and she has no issues. What happened to this app. Update: I did the hard reset and it is still not working. Update. Tried hard reset again and still didn't work.

The recent update deleted all of my old prescriptions. It doesn't show old Rx. And It's not in archived. And I need a refill of my migraine Med by my new doctor but they don't have the instructions. I tried to call the pharmacy and they were closed for lunch. I used the contact us page to report this Tech issue, and the technical issues button doesn't even work. So that's another Tech issue. Plz fix! Please bring back all of the prescription history like it used to be!! Thank you.

Latest update took away functionality. The list of medications is gone. Note you have to scroll horizontally through a slow list of meds. There is no listing for meds due for refill and such as before. The ready for pickup option does not update when you have picked up a med. The app does not notify you when a med is ready for pickup.
