My Memorial Hermann™

Definitely makes things a lot more streamlined and simpler when it comes to getting care and especially getting results. Everything is visible fairly quickly right in the chart app so you can monitor closely. No more having to wait two or three weeks for results and such as they are available they show in the chart. I've even seen them show up before a DR explained results to me. So that's pretty darn quick in my opinion.

I like the app very much. I like the way that everything is at my fingertips. Scheduling, lab test, billing, appointment reminders. And all my doctors, past doctors, and medical centers all in one app. And average understanding to navigate through the app.

This app isn't bad but the automated "request for refills" does not work. SO, I just send my doctor a message telling her I need refills... one of the Rx's must be refilled every month, and cannot be written for 3 or 6 months out... so I have to request that specific refill every month... but now there's nothing automated. It's just me sending my doctor a message and hoping that it is seen. The previous app (you used to have) seemed to work much better for Rx refills.

I have been using MyChart for years and love the ease of scheduling an appointment, paying your bill, and messaging your doctor. It is an awesome app.

2 factor authentication makes it easy to get into the app without the need to enter my password. It also works with my calendar.

Useful, but test results are hard to read for anyone not a doctor or nurse. Would be great to get some interpretations on findings for people who never attended medical school.

Compared to the previous version the amount of access was more restricted. This app has. More perks and prettie user interface

I went to the Memorial Hermann Women’s Center and they are amazing there! They take wonderful care of you, put you at ease the minute you walk in. Nice, comfortable and clean offices and exam rooms. Would recommend to every woman I know. I have been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else!

For past 25 years, MH medical system has provided me with the best cares for all my major and minor health issues. I am now 86 years old. Thanks to all the MH medical teams. Keep up the good practices!!!
