Pretty silly app overall. Most people won't use 96% of it. MyChart, is likely why most everyone comes. I am not sure why I haven't uninstalled it. It's too much information, not applicable to me. There's no reason it can't be tailored to each patient. If it is, it's waaaaay off on my conditions and disease processes. Just seems so unnecessary. It make sense to have an education app, especially if it's tailored I guess. But there is AI and Google, so why both having another app on your phone?

Immediately had an error after I first installed this app and tried to use it. At the login screen I got this error message, "We could not load your page because of a connection timeout try again later", so I couldn't even get past the login screen. I'll keep using the original MyChart app as I don't need another level of frustration.

When it works out is good. And they update it Regularily, but it never always works, or never works fully. After each update, and sometimes with no update authentication breaks. Other times services are unavailable. Most of the time what I need to do, doesn't matter what it is, it's broken on Android. Terrible developers writing terrible code. Sometimes notifications work, other times random. Sometimes you can make an appointment, other times not. In all instances it usually fails.
Have used the app for a long time with no issues, then when i had to update, it stopped showing my stuff. It says I don't have a PCP, no meds, no test results (even though I had one recently and got the notification I had the results), and no upcoming appointments. I tried uninstalling and installing again and still the same. Website works fine, just not the app.
After using "MyChart" for quite a number of years, until after trading up to the Samsung Galaxy S24+, it wouldn't allow me to upload problem photos (rashes & ect.) to messages then I switched to this app and it allowed me to attach a photo to a message which let me get the 'appointment cycle' started. One major improvement would be to add a pass code like MyChart used to have, so I don't have to sign into this app EVERY time I get a message, please!

A complete and utter waste of time. The phone app had me to re-enter all the info I'd previously entered on my PC when I'd created and confirmed my account to "check in" for my upcoming appointment. But after doing all this I figured getting the app running on my phone would be easy. No! After all that data re-entry the app could'nt verify my account. Now I needed to call an 800 number. 95 minutes hold time later I hung up and deleted the app.

Absolutely dysfunctional. Permissions, even when given, still come up when uploading docs / pictures. Complete horseshit. Supposed to be a time-saver, but it's been the opposite for me, the MyChart website works much more smoothly. 12/17/20 update - even more garbage than before, can't successfully change app permissions for storage or camera, don't waste your time with this app if you don't absolutely have to.

The app is horribly bugged. I have notifications for data that is not showing up; and the Virtual Visit feature - the whole point of my using the app - is ridden with connection issues and lack of notification when your position in queue is up only to fail to establish a video connection. Absolute garbage when a company is requiring this app to facilitate healthcare needs.

I like that I am able to make appointments with my providers,that I always have access to my medical records, that my lab results pop up as soon as they're available so I'm able to read them quickly, and that I can refill my meds. The app allows to pay my bills and arrange payment plans, to chat with billing reps, etc. The interface works for me and the one time I needed to call tech support,I was met with an extremely helpful individual.This app is an app I use at least 4 times per week.
This is a great app but wondering if there couldn't be a search button added to look for a specific date range of care or to locate a particular need in a quicker manner. Also, to delete unimportant data, wish you'd come up with a box to check info to delete and then delete several at once. Lastly, longest wait times on hold are to access My Chart Support. This is a given, always, unfortunately. Could you not allow us to add number to queue. It has been 55 minutes and still on hold. Thanks!
