It suddenly won't open on my phone. It's very aggravating. It's been working fine until now. What's happening: Every time I try to login either with my username and password or with biometrics it send me to a screen that says system error try again later. I have installed and re installed it , I have turned my device off and back on , and I have checked to see if it needs to updated both the app and my phone system. And still nothing.

I like the app, but sometimes it can be a little challenging when you are trying to do different things and the app is not clear when seeking where to go or how to maneuver in the app, but you just have to READ EVERYTHING and just troubleshoot until you get it. I like using the app better than having to call or go to a local office, because my son has epilepsy and autism so it is more convenient, to say the least. I'm figuring it out.

Never works! I've literally had to change my password everytime I log in and have even gone up to them to change it physically with their help. They generated for me a custom one today and right off the bat even after she had me repeat it back to her I went to log in and it locked me out in seconds. They dont listen to me when I tell them the darn thing doesn't work right! I won't be using it again!!!!!! I guess I'll go in person for everything since their apps stuck in the dark ages.

this app works well.. when it works. However, it rarely works. the portal to send documents, however, is extremely frustrating as it never seems to work correctly. most times, it takes several trys to get anything to send. other times, they don't send at all. I've been denied benefits due to inability to get documents in on time simply because the portal won't work.

I love how I can get most of the information I need for my case. I wish we could get all the details, but still very effective app. Update:. One thing that has been causing issues is I can't add most documents and it is down more often than not on the weekends (when I have more time to complete documents submissions). I've been having to screenshot and submit. Been kind of inconvenient and not as efficient. I still stand by the fact it is effective, just been a little less user friendly

some good features like uploading documents by categories already given. but really, it lacks just about everything else, resembling anything modern, easy, or convenient. it can be very confusing and frustrating as it simply has so very few options to do anything. it seems more likely that it's there just so the state can say they have it.

Awful. It freezes and proves to be time consuming. There is no specifics nor details about cases. And uploading any files WILL NOT speed up the process. Pictures need to be taken and saved in your gallery prior to upload because using the "take picture" option in the app, seems to warp and distort the photos. You are better off if you use the website via internet.

I guess the app is somewhat helpful. Honestly, it is VERY DIFFICULT to read and complete the application pages on a smartphone. It is easy to get very frustrated doing just that. Oh, I HATE that you can basically only go Forward OR Backward to whichever page/section of the Application you are trying to complete, instead of being able to jump from section to section! That alone makes completing the entire App a nightmare. I lost more information backing up to reach the pages I had to change.

2 separate times, uploaded files via the app. called to verify files were received, files "never arrived". caused a cancellation of benefits due to app not working last year. I could access files on my end of the app, they never could on their end. contacting last year did nothing. was basically told " sucks to be you" and it wasn't their responsibility that the files come through. instead, if I REALLY wanted them to have the files recieved, hand deliver them. else, no guarantees.

Something is terribly wrong with both your app and your website. I was checking the website to check my balance and I got some error message. NO it's not my cell reception if all other websites I tested worked. This prompted me to download the app just this morning. GLITCHY. I just need to know what is the problem with both the site and the app. I don't wanna hear anything about "calling 211" cause that's a major hinderance. I'll only be on the phone from sunup to sundown getting a problem fix.
