This app is great! Love the workouts. But please don't waste your money on it. The free version is identical to the paid version. Very disappointed that I wasted my money on a year subscription for nothing. The app gives you helpful articles but no meal plans or recipes.

This app is free (optional premium) and easy to use, which is just what I wanted. The workouts fit perfect for what I need and aren't too hard. The model is easy to copy and the guide is very helpful. This app sets reminders for me and only takes about ten minutes each day. I just started last week and can see improvements already. I suggest you download immediately. You won't regret it.
I usually never rate apps but had to rate this one! I wanted to start losing weight and suddenly find this app. My favorite part of the app is having a streak because it gives me motivation to work out so that I don't lose it. I also love how the app gives you a different routine every day, which keeps things interesting. The only downside are the ads, but I understand they have to earn money somewhere since the other features are free, and there aren't many ads. Highly recommend this app!
I was charged the subscription fee before the free trial ended, and even though I canceled the subscription before the trial period ended, they did not refund me. The units they use in this app are incorrect, and so is some of the information. If you're looking for ideas, this app can be useful, but do not trust this app at all. My experience has shown this to be scam.

I downloaded the app due to the high ratings. When I downloaded the app, it asked a few questions and offered a free 7-day trial. To accept the free trial, it asked me to pick a plan for after the 7 days. Once I picked the plan and subscribed for the free trial it charged my card. I reached out to the company with no response. Apparently you can skip the set up, there is a free version that I didn't know about. I definitely would not have paid for this it's not worth it. Using another app.

I love this app! Keeps me motivated and consistent. I use the free version, which is perfectly fine for what I need!! It can be synced with Google Fit, which is pretty nice as well!! It has breaks in between workouts, but for more of a burn, I skip the rests and go straight through the workouts. Download this app. You won't be disappointed!
This is such a great app! I'm using the free version. (The trial is optional) It's very user-friendly and helps you with your specific target areas. The guided lessons ensure you are doing the exercises properly. I love that the excersizes are short yet effective. You also get a breather in between each exercise. I also love that it cheers at the end of the workout. lol It also keeps track of my progress. The app also indicates the length of the excersize session and calories burned.
✅️*Will edit later after more use.*I downloaded and have done one days worth of workout. The instalation was easy and so was set up. It has a cute weight graph for motivation. There's about 15 total workouts in a day's set with plenty of breaks in between each set. Super easy to follow with great examples of each workout and motivational input here and there. Towards the end they throw in some yoga like movements that help you wind down. Will try for a month and review again.
This app was a really great investment. I love the astetics of it... but not only that, it is comprehensive. The exercises are laid out really well with great explainable hope to do them, even showing a YouTube video of you want to watch it done by a live person instead of an ai. It helps you track your weight and the exercise plus allows for you to explore more than just the day of exercises. You can do multiple sets and it will track everything for you with calories burned as well.
While this app does come with a couple second ads it is a great app to help you lose your target body area, I've been using this app for about 2 weeks now and have slowly started seeing results. Remember it's not just the workout that helps you lose your target goal but the nutrition you consume. Also everyone's body is different so results for you may come faster or slower. It's all about time💪💪💪
