The toys are great. The app is a bit clunky and unintuitive. Between that and the push notifications for sales as well as the endless emails that I've unsubscribed from multiple times, I can't give this app more than 3 stars. And yes I know how to turn off notifications, let me opt-in, don't force me to opt-out

I love the Lush 2, my husband and I bought for discreet fun. However, even after the update. I have had bluetooth connection issues, live control stops, he is supposed has control if I have it on but doesn't start on his end, he needs to be requested. There is network and log in issues, saying there no network or data, my phone has everything enabled. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and lost the chat log. We love the idea but having way too many issues across the board with the app.

This is awesome!!! I just wish I could change the notification sound and there were other themes for the background. I also like having favorite emojis so I don't have to look through them all the time. My husbands phone has a LOT more options in that area, I only have the basic...not sure why. It DEFINITELY works close and far. It did take a little playing to figure it all out, but we have it now!! I especially like that he doesn't have to have permission every time. I just have to turn on.

The app is a let-down. In "offline mode" - needed in my area because the cell reception sucks - the app is weak. It has far fewer options than the online version. All the online options, except perhaps the profile library, should be present in the offline version and they are not. This is unacceptable when the device is marketed as "Bluetooth-controlled". In my view, don't spend money on the Hush, at minimum, until the offline options are at least as feature-complete as the online ones.

Serves its function very well with a clean and pleasing UI and a variety of different modes, patterns, and features. The app does have an issue of disconnecting from time to time if your phone is a little too close to a connected device. I'm not sure how much can be done about that software- side, but otherwise I would rate it higher.

I love my lush 2 so naturally when the 3 came out I had to get it. Well a month after the warranty was up, my lush 3 won't stay connected. My lush 2 was working great, until my app updated today! And now it won't connect to my lush. It finds it, wont connected. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Clearing it from my Bluetooth. Clearing the cache. And yes it's 100% charged. I can manually turn it on and it works fine, just can't connect it to the app or to 3DX chat

I really like the vibe and the app is fairly easy to navigate, but as of late no matter what I do and how I have the settings in the long distant feature the vibe will NOT autopay the patterns. This kinda defeats the whole purpose of it :( I have tried every setting and made sure both the vibe and app are updated. And even un installed and reinstalled.... Nothing :( things were going great up until recently, this issue has really killed the joy this toy/app once gave.

A mostly great app, beautiful interface but not cluttered. Easy to navigate and has a ton of features. My biggest complaints are the app logs me out all of the damn time with no explanation, and the Bluetooth signal drops a lot(this may be the device). Would love to see the logging out problem addressed but for a new app its pretty awesome 😀

1st, I dont do reviews. I get my lush2 in the mail today, and the damn thing won't link to the app. Now the only reason I purchased this thing was for the remote application that this toy haves. I've uninstalled and downloaded this thing twice now to no prevalence. I could have gotten a similar product for less with all the same modes, if I wasnt getting the bluetooth application. With a color choice at that. This needs to be addressed. Get something else if you want remote access.

I love this app. Normally. Had a great experience, even added some folks from the patterns selection. Had difficulties with one person, unable to make calls with him. Tried updating the app. Now, I cant see 90% of my contacts in the app. Including ones I was actively messaging. "Minor bug fix" apparently means "Major Bug cause". Sorely disappointed. Will updated to 5 stars when it is fixed.
