Review Summary
The reviews for LazyFit: Home Workout Planner are mixed; while many users appreciate the app's easy-to-follow short workouts and note that it is beneficial for beginners, older adults, and people with physical limitations, others are frustrated with the subscription model, lack of transparency about costs, and issues with canceling the trial.
So far it's pretty good. I am using it totally free, so I don't get the benefit of the customization. The only thing is that after 3 days it would not play the video for free without signing up for the 7 day free trial. So my way around that is just look at the instructions for that days exercise and follow that.
Giving a 1 star rating; 1;) It helped me wake up and start my day right. I was starting to feel better. 2;) They wanted me to pay after ONLY 4 day's!!!! Their not cheap by any means, so why would I pay for something that I have no clue if it'll even work or if I'll like it. They give 3 payment option's, but will charge your card for the most money, instead of giving the option to pay monthly. I don't have that kind of money to take a chance and I won't. Later lazy fit.

As a 50 year old female with a sedentary desk job, I needed something doable with my limited free time. I "X'd" out through the free trial pages & it downloaded this app for free. I didn't have to add a payment option. I enjoyed the first of many short workouts. I chose the bed / chair option. Very happy with this app!!
Great App! There are many different exercise plans. There's an eating plan with included recipes. The chair yoga exercise plan includes great exercises with audio explanations as well as visual demonstrations, set rest times between exercises, soft background music and audio cues as to the beginning and ending of each exercise. My only suggestion would be to offer different types of background music, with some faster beats to help keep motivated when working out.
I just started and I LOVE it!!! I'm disabled and out of shape. just x out of the first couple pages where it tries to get you to sign up and you just get it for free although it's worth the money already. I tailored it to leave out knee exercises And to only give me bed and couch lying exercises and it really did it. I can't believe how out of shape I am lol. but I'm super super excited! it gives you a timeline of your weight loss/body goals
The workouts are short and realistically challenging. I like the 5 second intro before each exercise that shows you what to do as well as the rest periods, which I found I needed. I like the meal plans but would appreciate English rather than metric units. I think it's reasonably priced for what you get- much cheaper than a health club.

All y'all who are complaining, "It's not free," get a grip! When it asks you if you want a free trial, just X out of that screen with the X at the top right. It will ask you if you're sure, and you have to X out of that screen too. Easy peasy. First day...so far I love it! Seems to be a truly "made for me" workout. Thank you!
Well, the first day of the free trial was very good. Then it took a deep drop down. I chose this work out because I thought it wouldn't do any harm. I was wrong and am not finishing the free trial. For some reason all of these exercises want to put in some movement that is NOT useful and if attempted is harmful. Be careful! If you can do these do them.
Yes, I actually feel the difference following my first attempt. I'm 82 years of age, a naughty woman who has neglected my body for a very long time. Shame on me. The exercises are simple yet successful in reminding me of the joy of moving, which most certainly will strengthen my body while stretching it as well. Well going, LazyFit!

Today was day 1 for me, and I truly enjoyed it! The workout was easy and very low impact, but I could still feel my muscles working! At the end of the exercises, it shows workout out time, calories burnt, and you have the option to repeat as many times as you like. I'm feeling encouraged and hopeful!
