Generally speaking the app is fine. HOWEVER, The screen for test results is extremely slow and buggy. Also, when I installed the app, I did everything I could to not enable marketing cookies. And every time I opened the app, it repeatedly asked me to change my cookie preferences until I finally got frustrated and clicked except all. But when I went back to turn off the marketing cookies, The option is not available to turn off!! So in other words, I was forced into accepting marketing cookies.

Frequently doesn't show appointments until the day of, always has some kind of error message and to top it off the thing couldn't possibly run any slower! If you want to get something done you might as well get on the computer, but really only when their systems are up and working. Good healthcare, crummy/outdated technology

The thought process of what this app should do is great, but it is very buggy and slow. For example reading through multiple tests results takes a long time, id have to click back and wait for it to load and then scroll all the way down and find where it left off, in comparison to other health care apps I've used it was more smoother and faster. the app has crashed on me many times while drafting messages. Setting up a new appointment doesn't let me add the info to my calendar automatically.

This app is like a messy stack of papers you would expect to see at an incompetent doctors office, which sucks because my experience with getting care has always been effortless and satisfying. However the app sucks. KP the app is *not* KP the company. Sending messages in chat often returns an error, and when I type, it sometimes loses focus of the test field. Interactive elements feel unresponsive. Many details feel like they were designed quickly and thoughtlessly.

This app sucks when it comes to the pharmacy. It will not allow me to change from shipping to pick up. Constantly searches and never let's you enter a zip code. Doesn't pull up any locations. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Please fix this! Now I have to go there and wait for them to fill 3 scrips, instead of ordering ahead to pick up. Thus spreading grems longer. Yikes!

The app is a disappointing heap of sub-nested menus, i.e. navigation heavy. Trying to add a location for pharmacy use is frustrating. Pickup option can cause an infinite load, where you can't cancel or type the address (have to close app). Delivery option allows typing but won't save the address entered. The live chat option randomly glitches into a "server error" state where no text can be sent or pictures uploaded. It will persist for HOURS, and nothing short of uninstalling fixes it.

I've been trying to refill my medication for almost a week now and when I select the pickup option it just permanently remains on trying to search the location. I am now late on my medication, and shipping is not an option for me. To top it off, the app remains stuck on searching and I can't even back out of the page, I have to reboot the app. I un-installed the app & reinstalled, and still the same issue. This is causing serious issues with me not being able to refill my medication.

The pharmacy is broken. If you select pickup and try to select a location, you get the white spinning wheel of death that never moves forward. Prescriptions have to be done in browsers, and some things you try to do in browsers are automatically going to the app that the pharmacy is broken in. Handling prescriptions on your phone is way too frustrating now. For the longest time, logging back in has been impossible. You have to close out the app and reload it. Replace your app developer.

Poor, I have to Uninstall it everytime I want to use it. it closes after signing in. Update. This app adds so many uncessary steps to scheduling an appointment. I have emailed them directly. Update. Literally one of the worst apps. Messaging providers is so inefficient on this. I think its done on purpose so patients give up replying or sending messages. Why not create a message system that acts or feels like a text messaging app.

Pros: Very organized Have access to all your doctors visits, prescriptions, Lab results, emails. Essentially, all your records. Information for traveling Can schedule most appointments Annual reminders (ex. flu shot, etc) Cons: The app does not have the ability to search for a DOS. Have to scroll until you find it. If you hit the back button, you start the search over; can be frustrating. Can no longer download the visitation summary. Unable to open as it's a corrupted file.
