Review Summary
People like the Six Pack in 30 Days app, finding it effective, user-friendly, and well-structured, with customizable and progressive workouts, useful reminders, and helpful videos for proper form, though some users mention minor issues with reminders and the voice guide.
Tried it for day 1. I can appreciate that there are stretching exercises in place of pause. This strategy, as much as I can tell, seems to allow for increased results while still allowing the body to rest. I know myself well enough to know that if there was a pause button, I more likely will not continue the remainder of my regiment! Very smart!!
Quick, easy and convenient. I havent used this app for a while but when I was in better shape it was the best mini core workout that I could do anywhere. Now I am finally back to focusing on my health after having children and what was once a finisher is now far more challenging. The app is free and will give you a nice little core workout with a breakdown of each workout. I cannot say anything bad about. I recommend it to friends all the time that want to get in better shape before summer!
Pretty easy to follow - videos help show proper form. I use this every morning and I can see and feel the strength in my abs! Light commitment and the "confetti" after each workout is nice for me (who needs a pat on the back at times 😂) I recommend for anyone who is trying to improve themselves - this is a great way to start or even add to your goals 💪🏽
I've used this app here and there for years now, and it's delivered consistent quality. I especially appreciate that you can induce it to increase/decrease difficulty in future workouts based on the one you just had. This way you don't need to switch to an entirely different plan if the difficulty isn't well calibrated to where you're currently at.
An Outstanding Fitness Companion! I've been using the Six-Pack in 30 Days app for a while now, and it truly delivers! The workout plans are beginner-friendly yet effective, with step-by-step instructions and visual guidance. I appreciate how it tracks progress and adjusts difficulty levels as I improve. The app's daily reminders help keep me consistent, and the meal plans are a great bonus! Highly recommend this app for anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals. Definitely worth 5 star
I'm halfway through my first 30 days. mildly surprised that I've mostly stuck with it and have found the diverse exercises very useful. I've tended to have decent abdominal health but never truly 'in shape.' This app has helped. First, they scale up in difficulty as you begin the exercises. Your standard workout is 10-15 minutes with breaks. At the end I was surprised, I felt the workout but wasn't exhausted. I survived skipping a few days during the holidays and the app reminded me. Helpful.
I've been using this app for several years. It has a very nice progression from beginner to advanced. I can pick up where I left off or if I've slacked for a while I can reset and start over. If I am unsure on how to do an exercise I can choose to watch a video which links to a real person performing the exercise. I do wish they offered other training options like videos, just stretching, or challenges to make it more entertaining
This app is excellent. #1 it's free #2 ads are skipable #3 workouts are adjustable, so you can make them easier or harder continuesly.. do all three levels then start over making them harder and harder to do just keep doing it for ever. Excellent way to keep track of workouts and weight, reminders and all. I would recommend this app, just do it stick with it and you will be happy with the results.
I have discovered muscles using this app that I never knew where there. It is instructional, challenging, flexible, efficient and gets results. Highly recommend for those wanting to workout at home but still useful in a gym routine (when we get out again). It keeps a limited diary and the user's goals are structured. The ads are not obnoxious and well placed so I actually read them! My only complaint is that I can't get it to share data with my Fitbit.
I haven't tried very many free abdominal apps because, once I found this one, I didn't bother looking any further. For the value I get out of it, the ads don't bother me one bit. It's surprisingly customizable for a free app, and it does everything I need it to do, and more. Whenever I remember to use it regularly, I see noticeable improvements, so what more could you really ask for?
