Update (2/6/25): I've used this app for 2 years. The app was great (5 stars) before the updates. There is a new interface, and it honestly sucks. The biggest fail with the app is the dropped "calls." Next, I dislike not being able to make appointments with the providers I like and trust. There are no links in the text message for direct access to your appts anymore. And you can't get your appointments to sync into your calendar. Lastly, I hate the layout. Trying to find anything takes a minute.

I used to love this service/app: however, have had terrible service the past two times I've tried to use it. Sat on hold for over an hour before I got someone on the phone and they weren't able to assist me with a name change. Then the other time the app has an error when trying to connect with a provider for my son. Please look into bugs. This has always been a great offering and I'd love to be able to use it again!

The doctors have been great but the app sucks majorly. In the last several months they have updated their system abd I use to be able to login using fingerprint and that prompts rarely now. And then last night I pointed and the whole interface changed. All my appointments with my psychologist are gone. It won't recognize my insurance. I reached out to support and they won't respond. My psychologist has no appointments bow for a month. I don't recommend this app at all.

I had previously written a 5 star review and although I used this app for several years with no issues and wonderful doctors, the app has recently just stopped working. I go to make an appointment and when I get to the "who is this visit for" screen, I click my name, and it gives me a buffer symbol then just stays on that screen. No way to get past it. Tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, and even updating the permissions allowed, nothing worked.

Issues since last updates: I miss the *add to calendar feature when scheduling an appt (*is now available again). I also noticed I'm no longer asked to fill out a mental health info questionnaire. I used fill it out before every appt. All my previous documents have disappeared. Issues with mental health providers: last 4 months I've had one therapist cancel 3 appts in a row after seeing me once, no reason given. I had another Dr cancel 20 mins before my appt, when needing meds was crucial.

Truly awful. I scheduled an appt & both me & my provider had tech difficulties. I decided to try leaving and rejoining the call, but there was no way to rejoin. The appt immediately disappeared from my profile and the provider had to cancel it. I had to schedule a new appt for a week later but the appt disappeared from my account before I could even join ahead of the start time. It reappeared 10min after the start time but I was in the waiting room for 30min & the provider still hadn't joined.

The app initially worked great, but since the update/conversion, it's no longer reliable. I've scheduled at least 4 appointments with my therapist and there was no connectivity, similar to what others are experiencing. Please go back to what you had before! It worked do much better!

In theory this is a great concept and I've had some good experiences with them and the providers. Recently, Ive had questions about my prescriptions and billing. I've tried to contact on demand on numerous occasions using their messaging feature with no response and have also called and waited on hold with no response either. So it seems it's a good app until something goes wrong.

The app before this update wasn't great, but it was functional. Now, with the new interface, it's absolutely terrible. It's more difficult to navigate and view past visits. My BIGGEST pet peeve is the fact that before the update, I could have an appointment sent to my calendar. Now, with this new update, that feature is completely gone. I'm a busy individual, and texts aren't always the most consistent way to remind me.

Before the update, the app was fine. Since the update, this thing is bad. The ux/ui people have failed. The people handling the migration have failed. Support had been great until yesterday when I was hung up on twice after being cold called. The whole service is not worth the effort anymore. There are other tele-medicine services. Try one of those instead.
