While some users appreciate the convenience, ease of navigation, and comprehensive features of FollowMyHealth®, many others complain about persistent technical issues, glitches, and poor functionality, especially regarding communication with providers, bill details, and updates not reflecting accurately.
Nowhere on the app does it display what your account number is, and in the billing section you can't actually view bill details. The only option is a link to an outside vendor to pay the bill which then only displays the amount due. Since my provider does not do physical billing, I am not able to view any bill details to make sure it is accurate.

Hi, billing option is available only if your medical organization has enabled that feature for their patients.
The app is terrible. It's so glitchy. Biometric login makes the app crash. It won't let me send a message to my doctor half the time. It has had a notification to manage my contact preferences for about 2 years now even though everything is up to date and accurate. If the bugs/glitching would get fixed, it would be a great app. My app is also updated to the latest version. I check for an update every time I have issues.

There is a Print Receipt button and a Close button that display on the receipt IN the app after you use the app to pay a bill. Neither one works, nor do they follow design standards that say that non-working buttons should be visually different in appearance so as to not give the user the impression that they work. Those two buttons should not show on the receipt in the app. Furthermore, if you go to paid bills, nothing shows even a week after paying a bill.

I opened this patient portal not long ago. Mostly because I'm having an upcoming surgery on January 8. Can't wait. They linked my different medical facilities, and have my records from 1997! Quickly. My notifications keep me alert to all my upcoming appointments, as well as posting my past recent ones. Try this portal! It's more accurate, and much more up to date than any other one I've tried.
This application is a tremendous help when it comes to viewing all of your vital records! All of my medications and all of my visits are logged in this device. I can go back and view the doctor's notes from a visit I had 3 years ago. When it comes to health care assistance apps, this has been one of the most deep diving and thoroughly satisfying application as it holds all of my important information and makes it easily accessible. The security features are top notch and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Works decently most of the time but when it decides to not play, it refuses. Almost every time on start up it's a continuous loading screen until I choose something from the menu then we'll get some action, but lately you can't escape the loading screen. I'm getting notifications that I have new items from my doctors, but I can see anything because it's kind of a dead app right now...
Easy access for requesting appointments, getting test results, and sending communication to and from my medical professionals without an appointment. I've been able to ask for refills without coming in, get access to my vitals and personal medical records, confirm a history and ongoing list of medications, and largely be in the know about my own medical care. Easily the best way to keep up on my care. The longer I use it, the more history the app provides, and the clearer picture I get.
The app is great and provides lots of medical info, details, test results, prescription info, appointments, and more... and seems to send you the info as soon as someone enters it inro their system. The only reason that I left a 4 and not a 5 is because I've never been helped by using the 'send a message to your provider' function. I get that all offices run differently, but maybe allow the people to add or remove certain modules. It could make a good app a great one.
The app says that I am not connected to any providers when I am connected to 3 already. The app also says to manage communication preferences when I have already set them up. I've had previous appointments that were listed at one point in the app and now it's not showing any past appointments. I received an email stating that there has been an update to my health records, but when I go to my health record, it doesn't show the newest records from the appointment I had yesterday. Bug fixes needed

I love the convenience this app offers. Just downloaded and enjoying the benefits of keeping up with my health. Still using the app and checking entries by my health providers and specialists. Awesome. User-friendly, up-to-date information, can access it anywhere anytime. One downfall I see while using the app is it doesn't allow me to request prescription refills. I have to call it in every time. App displays the ability to allow such a request but doesn't work for me.
