The program used to be great, but they wiped all our history for an 'upgrade' and now don't provide the services or explanatory they used to. And the app itself is lackluster and takes you to the web browser where you have to sign in AGAIN (infuriating) when you get to get an appointment with a health care professional. I wasted $19 bucks on an 'appointment' ' where they basically told me they couldn't help me, with no explanation! BS. Definitely unsubbed from goodrx gold. Quite disappointed.

Won't let me register or login. Not Found UPDATE: I don't get a pop-up link. Just a blank page with lower case "not found". Unbelievable that this is suddenly broken for months. I have since found BuzzRX out of Florida, and it not only works better, has cheaper prices, but is easier to use and doesn't nickle and dime you. Thanks for not fixing this in a timely manner!! I found something better! Update: This new update still doesn't fix. I'm done checking. You don't care, Goodbye

While our team works on a fix for this issue, please complete the log in process as usual. When the "Not found" screen pops up, please click the pop-up link at the bottom that says “You can open this link in GoodRx. Open in app” OR tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner and select “Open in app” from the menu.
Dark mode support would be even better than moving things around and a new logo, seeming as how dark mode has been a feature in Android since version 9.0. To not have this support from you guys when we are in Android version 15 is just unacceptable and inexcusable. No one wants to look at all this blinding white. It's too hard on the eyes. You're not being inclusive to people with visual impairments.

While it was great when I needed it, this app will not allow my membership to end. I've canceled, and they kept restarting the membership. I took it up with my bank, and despite the many attempts to block the charges, they still find a way. There's also no way to erase your account or even remove the payment method. The only thing it seems would work is to cancel my card, but I can't do that as I'm not in the United States at the moment, and it won't be for months to come.

Easy, free, done!! Why wouldn't you use it?! If only everything worked like this app -- it does exactly what it says it does. NO gimmick, no sales, no ads, no signing up. No verifying your email through your phone via 3rd passcode, making you change your password for more security, then calling you to verify that you verified, only then....the coupon or offer or WHATEVER it is doesn't work. It's about time an app just WORKS and is free and you can move on with the rest of your day. Thank You!!
I've used the app 2 years, the Gold version, it felt golden then. Then I canceled for a while. Now days it doesn't help at all. I've had multiple cases, coupons on the screen ,then the pharmacy cant use them. I call customer support and all I hear is BS. "It's only this one time, it should work other times", " your dependants can't use them", "you'll save 90% on your drugs", all of these a falsehoods. Also the cost has doubled for less service. I'll just say it, try something else.

I barely bother to give reviews, but GoodRx is an exception. It's easy to use, quick to use, and it works. I haven't even noticed the ads, and they don't interfere with getting to your coupons fast. We're very low income and sometimes our health insurance is utter trash. GoodRx has saved us so much money so many times. $9 instead of $30? Hell yeah!
As a new user, I did not find this app as intuitive as I had hoped. Later I figured out that the time I needed to discover the info I was seeking certainly was well worth it. Great savings! With a little practice, it's much smoother than before. From now on when filling a prescription, I will always check out GoodRx first. May raise the rating if the maneuverability within the app improves and/or if the prescription prices change (for the better or worse).
This app used to be amazing. New phone meant I had to install the latest version. It won't let me select a pharmacy or hide items from my list so it won't tally their cost into the total. I can't change the pill images anymore. It wouldn't bring in any of my information from my account. So I'm not sure there is a point to having one. The way the list is structured now takes up more room, so more scrolling. Just complete frustration when people take function and form away from something that good

I used to love this app. Used to show me which was really the cheapest, and has saved me many times. It used to show the Kroger plan cost and just the regular GoodRX cost, now it's not showing me nearly as many options. I'm just getting the top three in two categories instead of all of the options. This happened with whatever update just happened. It used to be so user friendly, and it is not no longer user friendly.
