Most recent update absolutely destroyed the search feature. It used to work great, I was able to search different providers without a problem. Now, it doesn't return a result half of the time. I tested it by searching some of my current providers who I know are in-network, and they didn't even show up as a result. Certainly gives the impression that it's pay-to-play for doctors to ensure they are searchable on UHC.
I've experienced significant issues with the app's performance. It frequently crashes and logs me out, making it difficult to access essential information. Additionally, I've encountered discrepancies between the app's coverage information and the actual policy details. Navigating the app to find provider information has also been challenging.
I am also unable to add or change my tracker settings for the UHC rewards. I got a new smart watch and need to sync via Google fit. No matter what I do, I'm stuck on the first page for selecting a tracker brand. This is insanely frustrating, since I'm missing out on the daily and weekly rewards. I'm only glad it's the beginning of the year so they just reset. But I have little faith that UHC will bother to fix this problem.
I am unable to connect the app to any type of tracker. When I select 'Connect a Tracker' the options pop up and no matter which option I select, there is no continue or save button, leaving me with the only option to go back or exit. Very frustrating considering this will limit the options and availability for rewards through the app. Now I get to call UHC, I'm sure that will be helpful ..
U Hub for OTC products is beyond useless. Extremely limited selection of products, especially nutritional supplements. UHC app as a whole is a pain, as it freezes and crashes all the time. I've tried repeatedly to attach card to my Walmart+ account, but it keeps showing 0 balance. As I have limited mobility, I can't get in store any time I want to. It shouldn't be brain surgery to have an app that works and is actually useful.
Since last update, app crashes often and requires logging in over and over. Appears to happen due to having multiple plan years (2024/2025). Update: I was having the most problems with opening 2025 plan, and it seemed to be trying to load UCard information and then would kick back to login. However, once logging in if I quickly touched the screen in UCard area, the app would actually stay open. Very strange. Definitely needs looked into and fixed.
The U HUB for shopping was ok. It kept timing out. It would be nice if it stayed on. Also I had to close it out and start over, very frustrating. It's amazing the amount of things not in your database, even the name brand items. why can't I buy cheaper things but more expensive ones are available. Having said all that it still is a nice app.
Just wanted to report an issue and not sure where to file a case. When trying to connect a tracker for rewards there is no continue button. Also when doing a survey halfway through there was no continue button. So I'm not able to collect and use rewards. Which is not big deal but wanted to point it out for support. I will change the review once it's fixed
This app was working so well until the update. I used to be able to scan products to see if they qualify for purchase. Since the update, everything I scan is declared not qualified for purchase. Grocerie items at Publix that I've been purchasing for the past year now show up as not qualify. Nothing qualifys. It's embarrassing to go to the counter, not knowing what qualifys and having to deduct items. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't work. Please fix this issue.
I think this app is great other than trying to sync your data for the rewards program. I have been fighting with my app for a month now trying to sync my data. My last resort was to uninstall the app and reinstall, not ideal but it worked! Got my data to sync back up to my Google fit app, and started earning my rewards again. I don't know if there is a glitch that won't send you automatic updates or not. Just wanted to share with everyone how I got my rewards to sync back up. Hope this helps
