App now just glitches out with a white screen covering most of the page and continuously refreshes over and over again. Has been doing this for over a week now and I can't log in to set appointments. There's literally ALWAYS something wrong with this app but this has made it unusable. The money y'all make off people yet you can't afford to keep up a simple app like this without having some problem every other week?

This app was working perfectly fine for as long as I can remember, until I tried to use it again, today. First off it started gltiching back and from login screen to home screen after in. Cleared cache and storage, logged back in, all good. I schedule an appointment and then realize the Express Kiosk button is gone. What's the point in scheduling the appointment if you can't even do the express kiosk questions before you get to the center? That was the whole purpose of this app was to save time.

Update - dropping to 1 star. The app no longer works at all, and it's clearly not a me problem based on other reviews. App does not work well. When it works, it's fine, but to use it, I have to uninstall and reinstall to get a single use out of it. After I use it once, the next time I sign in, it flashes rapidly between the home page and a loading screen, and clearing the cache, restarting the app, or even restarting the phone can't fix it. It becomes unusable until the next reinstall.

The in-house service is phenomenal! But my issues are with their visa card. It's literally a scam for weeks I have a balance but it declined when I swipe for groceries.. it declined when I approved ATM. And when the transactions don't go through.. it charges me 1$ every time! But lol it says I have insufficient funds.. but they still get their dollar off me every time. It was an ok way to make side hustle money but just not worth it anymore.

The app is starting to have issues again where the display just cycles through two different screens and won't login properly. I discovered that the only way to resolve this is to clear data / clear cache and login again. Seems like an easy thing for the developers to fix yet this bug has persisted for a very long time.

Since the last update, the app will not load past a white screen that says loading. Very intermittently, it logs me in to schedule or logs me in as never completed a donation. I have tried clearing my cache, checking for system or app updates and uninstalling the app but that did not seem to help. Someone else commented about logging in with credentials and not saved log-in info, and that worked for me today. Hopefully, it continues to and is resolved in a future update.

I hope this isn't permanent. Donor Hub does not impress. The app won't schedule appointments. I keep receiving an oops something went wrong error. Yes, I cleared the cache, signed out, deleted the app, etc. So far no change. **1/13/25 - Still horrible. I'm locked out every time! Yes, my PW is correct. Once I can log in the app glitches. The app is very convenient but it never works. At this point, I don't donate anymore. Good luck using the app.

When the app works 5 stars. But after I install and sign in my "first" time, the next time I try to log in, it goes into some sort of loop where I only see a small part of the page. Never fully logs me in, and then I uninstall and back to the beginning. (Edit) I am leaving this at 2 stars but I noticed that this only occurs when I try to log in with remember credentials or using biometrics to log in. When I use that, it creates a log in boot loop. Hopefully devs find this helpful.

I normally love this app, because it makes managing my visits super easy. But after a recent update, it is practically unusable. I'm locked into a 'boot loop' of sorts, and cannot get any further than logging in. The screen is stuck flashing between my name and 'undefined.' Again, great app normally. For now, though, stick to the website.

This latest update to the app sucks. I logged in once. Then, the next time I opened the app, it accepted my password and then attempted to load the next screen. From then on, it would blink and try to load and blink, try to load indefinitely. I have removed the app 3 times now, and I was able to get in once after each re-installation. I just tried to get into the app again after uninstalling and re-installing it yesterday, and it's blinking, reloading again. I'm not the first to comment about it
