I'm sure it would be great if it ever gave me an option to open an account versus logging into an existing one. Chances are I'll find another means to my end of getting my prescriptions and will never visit this app again. Most apps are mundane. Many serve a purpose. Few can actually negatively impact your health and well being in the short-term. This one forces you to acquiesce that power and/or just malfunctions when it's supposed to be helpful and make life easier. Issues I had, others had.

may as well just use a web page for all the good the app is. logs you out every time then to log back in send a log in link to email then it never saves your info needs drivers license pic everytime lord I can understand being secure but this is just nightmare getting my one med every month. my phone is secure, only I can access it so why can't the fact that I use same device every time with its security be enough?

It was a hassle to get setup, that I thought would be worth it once it was done. The app crashes everytime you try to look at your cart, installing and reinstalling doors not help. Always a wait for CS to answer your call. When I finally talked to someone, they told me they were no longer serving the Seattle area and would have to transfer my prescriptions back to my pharmacy. A week to transfer them, a week to transfer back, and I'm right back where I started. Don't waste your time, evidently they're not doing well and who knows when they'll shut your city down. Perceptions are not a place to play games, but evidently that's all this company wants to do.
Warning: Unable to stop unauthorized purchases!!!! I got a new phone after having one that i used a fingerprint to log in with. I've gone through the email reset on the app and contacted customer support (there's only an email) many times and it just brings me to the log in screen!! This must be illegal!! They're automatically charging my card and i can't stop it
Unusable. Just not doing anything at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleaned cache, rebooted. Please fix this. It worked fine last month. Med list is incorrect and there is no "cart". Seriously there is not one single function that works. I am currently installing it now on my tablet but I don't expect it to work there either. EDIT. Installed on tablet and it is still completely unusable..EDIT. I will be uninstalling this app after 7 hours of nothing. My pharmacy is also disappointed.

I'm pretty busy during the week, to the point that finding time to go to the pharmacy frequently just doesn't happen. I'm really happy to have found Nimble, because it gives me a cost-effective, easy way to get my prescriptions delivered, usually on the same day that they are prescribed. It was especially helpful when I had thrown my back out and needed muscle relaxers, and would not have felt even remotely comfortable driving to get them. 🎉 Thanks Nimble!

I finally got in to the app, and it seems okay. I am frustrated that when I set up one of my medications for schedule, I can't see what that schedule is. I had one delivery of a month supply, and the next wasn't "scheduled" for a month and a half. I would really like to be able to see the schedule and ideally adjust it as needed. Edit: Now I can't get in again. I ask for them to send a login link to my email, but there is no link in the email. Just a "button" that says "Sign Into My Account"

EDIT: updated the app, and now login link works correctly. Support contacted me after 4 days total. OP: The app simply doesn't work. Couldn't sign-up or login. Requested a login link, got a link that opens in website without the possibility to open in app. When opened in website, couldn't proceed to buy the prescription. Wrote to the support, got an auto-confirmation that I'll hear within 48hrs from them. It's more than 3 days and no answer.

I literally can't log in on the app. the login links sent to my phone or email send me to the browser site and there's no option to open in the app. other sites with apps have no problem opening the app automatically from email or text links so I can only assume there's something wrong with the app itself. I can't really review the APP since I can't get in

Nimble is a very easy to use app. I don't have all the other wait time with ads and other layers of pharmacy chain info. I highly recommend it!
