Overall, people have mixed reviews about the Solv app. While many find it straightforward, easy to use, and efficient for booking appointments, there are frequent complaints about technical issues such as app glitches, information not saving, incorrect clinic selection, difficulties with uploading documents, and lack of integration with in-person procedures.
My first experience with this app left me rather annoyed. I originally selected my local NextCare clinic, but when I chose a time, it selected a clinic 30 minutes away and I didn't realize. It never asked me for my location, so I ended up having to cancel that appointment and do a walk-in at the local one, which defeated the purpose of downloading this app. Frustrating, especially when you are sick!
The app is supposed to save your information, but it deletes it with every use, and you e d up having to reenter your information and refill paperwork. It also is hit and miss on checking in. Found it to be more of a hassle than a help, especially when you're not feeling well, and trying to be efficient. Makes you e ter your cell phone number each time you exit the app, and have to have a security code sent to you. Was just an annoying hassle
Very easy to use but the AI chat bot can't answer anything other than the preloaded suggestions u tap and u can't access support from all pages. Other than that it's easy to navigate and find what u need to and no confusing extras to get lost when u aren't sure if ur in the right tabs. Simple and straight forward even for the old timers..... Maybe....
This app makes scheduling appts for your family so easy! We've had in person & virtual appts. Either way-we were in & out! The only thing I wish we could do is include important info pertaining to our visit in the paperwork we fill out online prior to our appt. It was relevant to what brought us in, but not the entire reason we were being seen. Especially for virtual bc the appts are short, so I felt rushed, having to include the back story to what led us to the present appt. Regardless 5☆!
TAKE PHOTOS AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL CRASH AND NOT WORK. Tried over and over to take a photo through the website and then the app but it always freezes. Delayed my appointment time just because of this technology issue. If you take the photo in your regular photo app before adding it to the app it works just fine. Also can't look at consent form or else it will kick you out of the submitting of it (although thankfully it kept most of the info so I didn't have to reenter all of it).

Trash app. I wish I could delete this app and profile for everyone. Terrible UI. Awful profile navigation, and so far I'm not entirely thrilled with customer service. Deleted the app after jumping through the hoops, and had the confirmation email that it was deleted, however I still have access to my profile. I don't want any info tied to this app before I delete it, plain and simple. Emailed customer service again to confirm. Will see what happens.

Works great for for scheduling appointments and I like the convenience. However, the app is glitchy and does not consistently update information that is edited and saved, tried multiple times and still retains parts of the old info (ie. address and doctor info). Rather frustrating.

While trying to schedule an appt online it would keep rerouting me back to the beginning while in the middle of putting a photo of my insurance card on.. it did this several times before I was finally able to get an appt scheduled. It was very frustrating! As far as in person they never saved my boyfriend's insurance information from our previous visit so we ended up missing the appt. I would've gave more details but it wouldn't let me type anymore.

NEG: I tried to book appointment/get in line...at home. app repeatedly told me time was no longer available...3x in a row. repeated. same result.appointments were 2 hours layer than reality. drove to site. only 3 persons ahead of me. POS: the app kept data from last visit, saving the frustrating upload b.s.
Getting my appointment was so easy. I know what time works best for me and I can look at the appointments available and book the appointment with no hassles. I have had problems before with receptionist who are there to be helpful, but instead of being treated kindly I have often had to put up with ill treatment just so I don't tick them off and end up with an appointment the total opposite of what I asked for. So I say THANK YOU SOLV !!!!! SO SIMPLE AND EASY 😊
