This app has unlocked the ability for me to have a new lease on life. It consistently and reliably connects me to my doctor. I've been in remote locations and my video stream has always been solid. I have never had any issues with it. At all. So that says something; to me at least.
Amazing app full of wonderful and caring people to help you every step of the way, wherever you may need it. In addition to linking to a provider to start your journey, they also include in the base(and only) price, frequent seminars, support groups, classes etc, offered to help your transition get started and progress smoothly and healthily.
I can only speak on my experience as an android user. But I like this app a lot. It is very simple and user-friendly. It's easy to communicate directly to your provider and I always receive a response quickly. Much better than a traditional call and voicemail system. You can request medication refills as well. It also provides emergency numbers and info in case you are in a crisis and you need more immediate attention, instead of just telling you "call 911" Overall, I definitely recommend.
Way over-exceeded any expectation I had taking the first step in to the telehealth world. Every thing about it is centered around making your life easier. Thank you all so much for taking one of the greatest inconveniences in life and turning it in to one of the most convenient parts of my life. Bonus points for actually enjoying using your platform to navigate my healthcare at the same time! You guys rock!
I love Spruce! It's affordable for my therapist, and as a client I couldn't ask for anything better. Video and audio quality is great, with no delays or hiccups. The chat feature is convenient. I've had success using it even on unreliable connections. I've never had to mess with it or do anything, it just works. This should be the go-to option for telehealth.

Update: After getting cranky, they really looked into my issue and fixed it. Push them if something isn't working. I have had a problem with notifications since the update where my husband and I could be on the same thread (mine alone still works). I messaged spruce 3 mths ago about this and it's still broke. Today they told me that there's no reason it shouldn't be working and they were closing my ticket. I have been missing many messages from our pediatrician, which is not acceptable.
Much to use, especially with multiple devices, easier than another very similar and popular program. Luckily I have not had any dropped calls, video is pretty clear and sound is crisp, depending upon whether I am on Wi-Fi or if I'm at a decent refresh rate. I think this program has far less glitches, than the others out there like it. ๐๐
Much easier than an office visit. Video quality and audio are excellent. I've been using it several years now and it's never dropped a call. An occasional choppiness in the video, but it's rare and I would attribute that more to the internet quality of my location than the app. I no longer have to miss work to treat my chronic conditions that require monthly visits. This is one of the few good things that came from the COVID epidemic.
When I first used Spruce to try to contact my provider, something didn't connect on my provider end so my messages never reached them. But after contacting the provider another way, they reconnected my account to theirs, and messaging and video has worked great since then. Video quality and audio has been good. And Spruce's notification system is effective without being intrusive. Thanks for a great product for care.
First telehealth appointment ever, provider listed detailed instructions on what to do (Spruce being one of them) and how to do it. Spruce was absolutely the easiest and simplest app to download, create an account, and use with my provider as instructed. Just open the app (auto signed in) and wait for the call! Video and audio were crystal clear, no interruptions or lagging either. 10/10
