Ascension One

Not so good. It always takes me to the browser and every time it changes, a security code has to be received; I understand that's for security purposes, but I already identified myself. So, why I have to identify so many times? It's like the first time didn't work! Also, it doesn't show all the bills from other specialist's office in the Ascension network, showing app sign! The only thing good, it's the way to communicate with my primary doctor and see the results from this doctor, nobody else.

It doesn't work as intended. Keeps opening an external browser to log in. Won't save login information. Tells you to save your picture ID by taking a picture but won't / can't open a browser app to take a picture like it says it's going to. Inexplicably logs you out when you try to take the picture but have to back out of the process because it doesn't work.

This isn't an app, it's a link to a website and no matter if I've signed already and pass for the security screening, to get a bill statement I've to sign and pass through the security screening, again!!!!

This app is stupid 🤦‍♀️ won't let me make and account with my married named (that's on my ID) so I make it with my maiden name and then it can't verify because it's not the same as my ID. I've changed my name with your system multiple times! It's not that hard to figure out

It wants to take a picture of my ID and gets to the picture taking and it is a big white box that does nothing and says looking for ID when the ID is directly in front of the camera. I can't get past this so the app is essentially useless.

Just finished installing app, but unable to open it. So far not liking it. Keeps saying that saved name and password do match. Maybe I'll just uninstall and try again from beginning.

It never completes going to any of the different sections. I tap and it either goes to a blank screen or the app closes.

I can't to get past logging in. They don't have my info right. I finally got past that. Now they want me to scan my dl. If you don't take the pictures just right, you have 2 more tries. I know you want to protect someone's privacy. Come on! I can't even use the app.

Dawn my nurse yesterday was amazing!!!! So funny and helped me feel at ease!!! Struggling with brain cancer and small cell cancer all over my body is scary and she made my ER trip so effortless!!! A++++++ she's the best!

This app is terrible. Constantly fails to load messages and tells me my info, when I try to validate, is incorrect. Which it isn't.
