The app. Works well overall. However, I feel the that when looking at the appointments it should also say what the appointment is for. It only tells you doctors name, date ,time ect. When you have several appointments scheduled in advance it's difficult to remember what each appointment is for. Example: optometry, dentistry and so on. Hope this helps.

Generally a good app for health data, appointment details, communication with medical team and prescription refills. Using the app to schedule a visit is usually straightforward and effective, but can be problematic for specialists and put of network providers. I have not been able to see my PCP of 10+ years because he is out of network due to my insurance provider. Had to call for an explanation/solution, would be nice if this feature was more robust and had more provider info when scheduling.

I find it difficult to effectively navigate the system. I'll get texts that say I have 6 messages, but I can't find them. I've had appointments for a specific time, but MyChart showed a different time. (Once, I showed the receptionist and they fit me in, but my primary doctor wouldn't.) It's rather overwhelming to use.

The best health app I've ever used hands-down. I wish that every medical interaction were so throughly documented and made transparent, as they are with this app. From the basics of having a direct communication line to your doctor to more complex things like have the digital imaging of whatEVER you're getting examined, on your phone so you can refer to it anytime, anywhere. What's that, a fracture X-ray? Show it instantly. An ultrasound? Spend quality time looking at it on your own. The best.

Being able to access my test results, Drs appointment notes, billing statements etc is so very convenient!!! No long hold on phone calls and sending messages to the doctor, billing dept, insurance auths etc is an added bonus!!!

The app is great and easy to navigate. You get test results at the same time than doctors. The downside is the medical costs, I try to avoid going to the hospital unless I am dying, but it has nothing to do with the app itself.

Everytime I have an appointment with any NYU langone healthcare provider, it is always such a great experience. The receptionist are great and even the doctors are amazing. So far I haven't had a bad experience.

Great App to have access to..but forlike last 3 weeks I'm unable to get into schedule, see, question or anything without it stalling or freezing then knocks be out, I've uninstalled & reinstalled still having same issues. Not NYU staff having issues but suggested I do what I did still no change with this app. Which I had for over a minute now. PLEASE CHECK INTO this App is very Useful & helpful. Thank you'll in advance 🙏🏾

I love the building and having all of my Doctors in the same place is very convenient. The My Chart app is awesome. It informs you of all test results and visits.

I just got out of hospital yesterday and this app is phenomenal. Been sending my results before the Drs even come by. Just a note if there's something you don't understand about a result don't panic your Dr. Will explain it better to you in leymans terms . You also can show COVID-19 results or proof of of vaccination make appointments request refills. It's an excellent app. Extremely helpful. If you have health issues it's a game changer! Update 11-8-24 app still works great.
